The MSI South Africa Pre-Order Promotion (“Promotion”) runs from 24 August 2026 to 7 September 2026, both dates inclusive, while promotional stock and gifts last.
To qualify for this Promotion, participants (“You” or “Your”) must:

Complete full payment for the eligible product between 24 August 2026 and 7 September 2026.
Eligibility will be determined by the date on which full payment is successfully completed, not the date on which the order is first placed or created.

3. Promotional Gift Fulfilment
Promotional gifts and Steam Vouchers will be provided only to customers who meet all eligibility requirements.
The participating retailer may require a valid invoice, proof of payment, order confirmation or other reasonable documentation before providing the promotional gift.
The USD $100 Steam Voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for another promotional item and has no cash refund value.
Promotional gifts are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash.
Where reasonably necessary, MSI or the participating retailer may substitute a promotional item with another item of similar value if the original promotional item becomes unavailable.
The timing and method of promotional gift or Steam Voucher delivery may vary depending on retailer fulfilment arrangements.
4. Cancellation, Refund and Return
If an eligible order is cancelled, refunded or payment is reversed before fulfilment, the participant will no longer qualify for the promotional incentive.
If a promotional gift or Steam Voucher has already been provided and the corresponding eligible product is subsequently returned for refund, MSI or the participating retailer reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to require the promotional item to be returned or to cancel any unused promotional voucher.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Retailer and Stock Availability
Product availability, pricing, delivery dates and promotional stock are subject to the participating retailer’s inventory and fulfilment capability.
MSI does not guarantee that all participating retailers will have the same inventory level or delivery timing.
The Promotion may end earlier for an eligible model once the allocated promotional quantity has been exhausted.
Any purchase, payment, delivery or order-related issue should first be addressed with the participating retailer from which the eligible product was purchased.
6. Participant Acknowledgement
By participating in the Promotion, You acknowledge and agree that:

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MSI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from participation in this Promotion or use of the promotional items.
MSI shall not be responsible for delays, failed transactions, incorrect customer information, retailer system errors or other circumstances outside MSI’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent legally permissible, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan as the court of first instance.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws or other non-waivable legal requirements in the participant’s jurisdiction apply, such mandatory rights shall remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by MSI to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
9. General
These Terms and Conditions constitute the rules applicable to the Promotion and supersede any inconsistent promotional statement relating to eligibility or redemption.
In the event of any discrepancy between promotional advertising and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, subject to applicable mandatory law.
